July Antics

Well 4th of July has come and gone...it used to be when we were kids that 4th of July was the dreaded and celebrated holiday...awesome fireworks, but it made the last downhill slide of the time back to school go so much faster. Now that we are parents everyday seems to go just a little faster than the last one. All in all a good time. The horse shoe pits were a huge hit especially with Helen's dad and Uncle Ed(pictures to follow). Seems the "old guys" still have what it takes to beat out the young ones. The boys enjoyed all the fireworks and company. Too bad it was the second coldest 4th of July in Omaha, first time I have ever had to wear a sweatshirt the whole day! Hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did.
